Canopy's Client Services Division oversees all aspects
of the product implementation for new clients. Our staff
of nurses and social workers will work closely with your
organization to evaluate your approach to care management
and provide suggestions to strategically streamline and
automate the process in Canopy®. The flexibility of
Canopy allows clients to integrate their own assessments,
guidelines and workflows into the product.

The Canopy solution can be fully installed in as little
as ten weeks. During this process, we work closely with
your team to tailor the application to match your care
management processes and to train you on how to make these
changes in the future.
Canopy's Client Services staff also provides extensive
onsite, hands-on training and support. The training is
customized to your organization's needs and separate train-the-trainer
sessions are provided to Canopy administrators and designated
super users of the Canopy application. These individuals
will then be involved in the overall training to all of
the care management users. In order to ensure a successful
start, the Client Services team stays on-site after the
training to support the users during the Canopy go-live.
